Length
Short guns swing easily among rocks and in murky water. Long guns reach further in clear, open water but are slower to aim.

Barrel
Aluminium is light and affordable. Carbon and wood are stiffer and quieter, so the shaft flies straighter.

Bands
More or thicker bands mean more power and more effort to load. Start with what you can load comfortably many times in a dive.
Questions
Which length should I start with?
Start shorter rather than longer: a mid-length gun is easier to aim and load while you learn. Tell us where you dive and we will suggest a length.
How do I look after my gun?
Rinse it in fresh water after every dive, never store it loaded, and keep the bands out of the sun.
How do I order?

Can I try gear before I buy?
Yes. Come to the shop to try on fins, masks and wetsuits and check the size. Message us first so we can make sure your size is in.
